I have been a long time medical patient and have yet to find another dispensary with a better attitude than Deep Root. I look forward to each visit. Coming from OR and CA where it's rare to find a dispensary that has employees that take time to care about their customers, I found Deep Roots to have what all of us want - Staff that take interest and care to help you get what you need.
Chazz was my representative and not only did he talk through the menu optionswith me, he was knowledgeable about the products and even offered up some advice that I hadn't heard prior.
The menu is widespread and the products are solid AF. Would recommend for anyone traveling through NV. Better than the places in Vegas for sure.

OK, I didn't expect this! This was my first visit to any "dispensary" and I was surprised with how large, clean and well guarded it was. Staff was very, very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If you're thinking about a visit but unsure of what the "dispensary" experience will be like, this is the place for you! Take lots of cash though - no credit cards or checks accepted!

Best dispensary in Nevada! From the moment you walk in the door to when you leave the establishment you’re in for for a very pleasant experience. I’ve made many trips to Deep Roots Harvest and I can honestly say that I’ve never experienced less than a five star rating. Shannon, Kassi, and Bo in particular have exceeded my greatest expectations of customer service. Thank you for the awesome experiences!

Overall experience is decent. All of the employees are very sweet but they are lacking overall knowledge of the product they sell. (They are not shy about telling you that they dont know things about products and guess.) Recently, I've asked for the THC percentage of a certain flower and not one employee was able to answer the question and when a possible percentage was voiced by a fellow customer they laughed and said that that sounded good. Also, if immediately upon walking inside you like to be pressured into giving a review this is the place for you.
