I love "DEEP ROOTS HARVEST"!..The location did not show up on my Iphone GPS, so I called and was met by A very Friendly and very Helpful voice, it was Lacrisha and she was so patient and so helpful to me, than when it was my time I met James! James was MORE than helpful to me and was so cooperative and made my experience OUTSTANDING! Than I was privileged to meet Makenzie and Brittany , they made my trip to "DHR" exciting and special....needless to say "I will be back, and a HUGE thank you to the staff that I was lucky enough to meet and to have helped me, Thanks Guys! This place is awesome! I bought a cartridge for my pen going out of town over the weekend. The cartridge was faulty and leaked out about half. When I got back I spoke with Mike and he replaced it with no hassle. Thank you Mike!!!

This place was packed Christmas Eve but even with the line all the way to the door, it didn't take long at all. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't even use edibles or smoke, it was a gift for someone else, but I'll go back again for sure!
