I only use this as an emergency source as the prices are very high compared to Vegas. So much so it makes it worth the extra drive. The staff is typically nice when I have shopped with them, and the store is very nice. If they lowered their greedy prices, they would make a lot more money.

I’m from Reno and have worked in the industry for five years. This dispensary is gorgeous! Love the open floor and all the space. Bud-tenders were all super kind and moved quickly. Loved the selection of various products. Will definitely be returning the next time I’m in Mesquite :)

Receptions are extremely rude, I came with my wife and they asked us to be 6 feet apart, (really?) we came together, we sleep together but to walk at this shop they want us 6 feet apart?? I understand we are leaving special times but don't be ridiculous stupid!!

Easy to get into. First time visit. There was a paper menu of items that were possibly available. And some display items about. As a first time visitor I could have used more info on the different products. There were plenty of service reps behind the counter. I informed my rep that I was a first time customer, but he was not very helpful and didn't explain any of the different products or how to use them. He just expected me to order and go.

The best thing about Deep Roots is the customer service. And it is ALWAYS MIRANDA G. that is so happy and upbeat. She is genuinely happy to see the customers. Sometimes the vape selection gets pretty thin.. But I still have a great experience thanks to MIRANDA and some of the other bud tenders.
