Save your receipt and package for carts?!?! I come in here a lot, good deals and people are cool as hell... But just went in to bring back (2) .5 disposable carts that were duds, 1 was definitely half full, so I got half of a half gram out of a cart for $30, nice. I bought NYE and didn't use, opened later, since I didn't have the original packaging or receipt they wouldn't honor an exchange, not even for (1) .5 cart. Considering the amounts of money many people spend at dispensaries these policies are sad. They offered a discount to spend more money when the products I'm purchasing don't work and I'm not even getting my money out of them, so yeah no thanks on a discount. I'll definitely stick to tree only at this place. Maybe I'll start weighing those out too since it's so easy to get ripped off. Customer experiences aren't just about making a purchase, if your brand or store doesn't stand behind their products or customers why shop there?? Because they're prepackaged products "it's not their fault".

Easily the best dispensary in Reno. I have never had any issues with rude staff members. Gloria was my bud tender last time I was there and she was extremely helpful. Jade consistently has the best deals in town and I like how they actually sell flower by the gram unlike many others places in Reno. 5/5 stars and I would recommend going to Jade every single time

This is the best dispensary in Reno that I have been to by far. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help. Recently I was in and Gloria helped me out, she is always patient with me since a lot of the time I am not sure what I am doing, and always makes sure to get me the best deals and discounts.

Bought three different kinds of their homie cannabis eights and all were extremely dry when opened. After putting less than a gram into my grinder and hearing snapping when hitting, I looked in the grinder and there are multiple seeds. I drove back to the store because the budtender said they have a return policy and the guy at the front counter turned me away and said we don’t do returns and he could do a 20% discount on anything else. Wanted to return and buy more expensive non dry nugs and have a credit at least but no… now I’m stuck with a half oz of dry seed weed that taste and smells like a fish tank. Super disappointed and won’t be going back, horrible customer service! I do not recommend this to anyone as the dispensary is right around the corner.

I went into Jade for my first time wanting to check it out and my bud tender Jessica was amazing ! I was greeted when entering the store and the environment seemed so welcoming from the welcoming people in the front to the great vibes in the back . When I service a dispensary I depend on the tenders to educate me and help me out when choosing and Jessica was great at that , she was polite and told me about all specials while making me feel comfortable and content on what I was purchasing . This bud tender held a smile our entire encounter and looked happy to be doing her job which is very hard to find these days . We need more people like Jessica to make our business’s stay thriving for the customer service industry . I will absolutely be back !

1. Why order on line when you have to wait in line while others are guided through a window shopping experience?!
2. The hard surfaced walls coupled with load music have everyone yelliing to one another.
3. The cost of an order placed on line doesn't show final cost to include discounts.
4. The format and function of the hippy throw back website is glitching at best is just annoying to use.
5. Why is there more than a single line?! The service requirement is FIFO.
The staff is nice.
