Jade/Blum is by far my least favorite dispensary in town. Their prices are way too high. Some of the staff is rude. It always takes half an hour to get in and out. And they don’t honor what they advertise. I went to their website to pre order, and it had a link to sign up for text blasts to hear the daily deals, well that link took me to a points redemption page, very official looking page with the words Jade Cannabis Co on it and their url, and the link said I had 1000 points redeemable. So I go to Jade solely because I’ve supposedly got these points to redeem, and they say that those points are from when they were Blum and they won’t honor those points. Even though they’re name, their website, their brand was attached to these points. That in my opinion is false advertising. Also,never bother pre ordering because they never update their website to reflect what they’ve actually got in stock. I pre order all the time and they wait until I’m at the store to tell me they don’t have what I ordered. On top of that, their bud tenders feel entitled to tips. As a waitress, you know the number one rule is to NEVER ask if they want their change back, you just give it to them. But multiple times the bud tenders have asked if I want my change, putting me on the spot and making me feel like I have to tip. Asking me if I want my change back is like me asking if you want your hard earned money. Like, yeah I want my change, do you want the money you worked for orrrr? It’s rude and inappropriate. But my biggest problem with jade is definetly that they advertise things that they don’t always honor. So you don’t honor points someone racked up while you were called Blum? Okay, well get ur IT guys on it and fix it to where your website isn’t telling people they have points they don’t have. In conclusion, GO TO GREENLEAF WELLNESS IF UR IN RENO AND NEED TO GO TO A DISPENSARY. THEY ARE ABOUT 20% CHEAPER THAN JADE, 50% FASTER AT GETTING CUSTOMERS IN AND OUT, THEIR WORKERS ARE 70% LESS ENTITLED, AND THEY HONOR WHAT THEY ADVERTISE 100% OF THE TIME!

I ordered for pick up online and arrived early. Everybody around me got served but I was ignored. Then they locked the doors and left. One of the workers even made fun of me when I asked them as they left why I wasnt served. Rude and degrading that's all I encountered here. Absolutely horrid. Thanks a lot.

I wish I could rate 0 stars for the new ownership (Jade). I was a frequent customer of Blum and always had a great experience. I stepped outside for a few minutes and my order was cancelled without even a knock on the door. Didn't get a call other than stating they would be there 7 hours after ordering. Hands down the worst service I have seen from a Reno dispensary. Prices are high and not worth the hassle. Would recommend The Dispensary, Silver State, Mynt, Kanna, Reef, Thrive and Sierra Wellness 100x over going to Jade. Lost a customer and will never return.

All around great experience. Cool atmosphere, even the people I talked to in the the waiting room were chill 👍The best part of the experience was enjoying the QUALITY medicine they provided me. Will definitely be back. Blüm puts 95% of these dispensaries to shame.
