I always enjoyed blum until last week. Purchased some product that did not meet even street standards and when I called and left a message so I could inform them, I received no call back. Kinda bummed because I really liked the people. But at the end of the day I am not pleased by not receiving a callback with regards to my concern.

The quality is outstanding, the customer service is good and the overall aesthetic of the place is welcoming once you get past the first waiting room. I gave two stars because, in my opinion, whoever setup the system/process of buying from this company probably didn't think about the efficiency it lacks. Coming from another state that has legalized and commercialized weed, I can understand the level of business that comes with finally setting up a legal business. With that being said busy is busy but a 2 hour wait during the day, 2 waiting rooms, and no menus to browse while waiting makes Blüm's system very inefficient which in turn affects the level of customer service they can provide is completely outrageous. Additionally, I understand outstanding customer service as I have worked for several companies that expect and deliver high standards of customer service; however, allowing customers to spend an upwards of 20 minutes purchasing is also not efficient for all customers. Lastly, if a customer calls and asks how long the wait is, it might be a good idea to inform the customer of the extensive process it is currently, and that it can take up to 2 hours instead of just saying 45 minutes flat. Overall it's a nice business and hopefully once the hype of legal weed dies down, it won't be nearly as long of a wait. Until then I'll have to take my business elsewhere as waiting 2 hours to pay as much as I did is most definitely not worth my time or money.

This is by far a place I want ever step foot in again took my husband’s identification card and said it was fake so he called the police and they verified it was real but he had tickets in another state so got taken in and it was preventable if the rude front desk would have told him to just take his identification it’s not reading and get a replacement but she had to be extra

Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. It’s also the only dispensary in Reno that carries cartridges for my Pax Era. I was very happy with my product, but disappointed that the prices here are disproportionately high compared to what I’ve paid at other dispensaries in Nevada.
