Just made my first visit today, bought the airbuds and the starter pack (battery, charger, charging case) was in it but it seems it says you are supposed to get pods with it and has space for two empty pods for you to fill yourself but no pods. Will end up emailing airbuds to see if I actually am missing something. Needs to have the airbuds price on the menu, $70 for a battery and not figuring it out before I got there. But the woman who helped was wonderful

0/10 experience. I was a first time customer at this dispo tonight and tried multiple other GOOD places in Reno (like zen leaf, the dispensary, RISE- those are good, non-scamming places!) but saw (what I thought was) a good deal on RSO oil so I drove over to go get. I showed the budtender exactly what I wanted and she said ok and got it for me and packaged it. However, there was an error with the website and it directly affected the deal I was asking for but yet the budtender didn't mention that once. I only noticed when I got to the car that they charged me for the deal that was online but I received only 1g of what the deal was (which was not the listed deal online). I called them and both employees were rude & I was calling to clear it up because I did NOT receive the product I was paid for & the employee said she couldn't help me until the GM came in. The GM was rude, talkes over me, and kept doing things to make me sound like I was being unreasonable for being upset about not getting what I paid for. Keep in mind, the error with the website was only fixed after I called and complained about their mistake and the GM didn't offer to help further than just saying there's nothing more that she can do. This place is shady and has rude employees & overpriced products. 10/10 would avoid. Extremely dissatisfied and never received service that bad before at any previous dispensary.

Used to be a good place but has really gone down hill for me. Just seems like they don't care to cater to the customer never have good product. What a waste of space. I think these guys honestly outa get out and have Berner move in cause Reno needs a cookies dispensary.
