They have gotten better sometimes their selection is meh but thats because you have to hurry up and get there before all the good strands are gone lol Leah's my girl in there pretty much everyone in there are kind and know their stuff they know what I like soon as they see me come in they are able to break down the tree and help me look for what I like which are uppers I have extreme anxiety as well so speaking to new faces can be a bit hard for me and with them knowing my face it makes me feel ok and appreciated when I go in would post a pic but idk when it comes to Marijuana ppl are fickle still a bit lol

Picked up some pre rolls. Excellent quality!
I enjoyed being able to walk around and look for myself. I didn't feel rushed compared to other places. Everyone was knowledgeable and very friendly. I recently discovered the Lemmon drive location and that store has excellent service and Sara was very helpful.
Great experience from the Downtown and Lemmon drive location.

I love this dispensary! The bud tenders are wonderful They really take the time necessary to help you find the right item for you! I had an amazing bud tender, I dont remember her name but she's pretty with brown hair and she has a ravenclaw tip jar. Anyway, she was amazing and very accommodating. She knew what she was talking about and she helped me find 4 items perfectly suited to my needs! My go to place for products.

Make sure u know about spinning the wheels. If u don't they don't mention it. If u spend $90 u get to spin the small wheel and if u spend $180 u get to spin the big wheel. You get a free something. Also staff seems to Just want to get the sales and tips and move to next person. Probably should make sure you don't have questions. Cause you won't like the outcome.

I've given this location many opportunities to provide at least okay customer service. Only because it's the closest to me. I have been disappointed EVERY TIME! Do you guys hire people without this skill or do you train them to provide the worst customer service in the this industry??? Seriously poor customer service, let's me know you have seriously poor Management !! This is WHY I highly recommend Silver State Relief! Superior customer service is provided.

Placed an online order at 1:45pm. Received a text confirmation at 3:04pm that my order was being prepared, then never heard from them again. Attempted to call at 7:20pm and was on hold for almost two hours without anyone answering. Terrible customer service and unremarkable product. I only shopped here because it was the closest dispensary to my house. I will definitely go out of my way to shop somewhere else now and I will tell everyone I know to avoid shopping here as well.

Rare to have bad experience here. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Love ordering online and getting curbside pickup. If you have your dog, he/she usually gets a treat!
