This was my first time visiting a dispensary and all I can say is WOW!!! This was a fantastic experience, very professional and relaxing environment. Our personal advisor (nice young man with a short beard) was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. I'm an old man with a couple of minor medical issues and he knew exactly how to advise me for my particular situation. If this stuff works as I hope it will, I'll be coming back to Sierra Well again and again. Thank you for your GREAT! customer service.

I come in at least once a week and every time the staff is pleasant and accommodating, the Bud tenders are well versed in knowledge of terpenes and their uses, and the building is always spotless. My most recent visit I was helped by Lisa A and she helped me pick out the concentrates that would be most beneficial for my back pain and I was impressed to say the least

This is the worst dispensary in the Reno area. Both my neighbor and I have had horrible delivery experiences with them, they have zero follow up for both chats and voice mails. In store they operate fine, nothing special. When you make a delivery order (and that’s all they take right now) it’s a roll of the dice if you get your order. I have received confirmation emails, and texts that my order was being prepared and it never showed. When I reached out to them they were rude and instead of saying I’m sorry let me make sure we get that out to you today, they made excuses for this that and the other, and didn’t even offer to re place my order. Just a nice eff you place another order. When I asked to have a manager contact me they said yeah we will escalate. Never received a call from the manager. They are shifty they are unprofessional and don’t deserve anyone’s business.

I have been to a few of the dispensary's and I keep coming back to Sierra Wellness. I'm actually a regular there now. I like the delivery service and the drivers are all awesome. Very friendly. And the call center people are very enjoyable to talk to and they are awesome as well. I will continue to go to Sierra Wellness for all my cannabis needs. Great prices and good deals. Love Love Love.
