Their site states if you order before noon you get same day delivery, which I did. The store called me to inform that one of the items I ordered was out of stock, no problem it happens, so I picked a different item. I receive a call at 9pm that my order was on the way, then another call AFTER MIDNIGHT that the driver picked up the wrong order and was unable to make my delivery that night. Obviously I wasn't happy but was told that the drivers start their deliveries at 8am and the manager would personally make sure I received my order. It is now 3pm next day and I haven't received a call or anything. I've even called the store a few times myself with no answers and no call backs from the voicemail I left. Very disappointed. Your customers should not be penalized for employees mistakes!

No comment. Just enjoy your time talking with security. Because make no mistake, you will be spending time here. Consistently understaffed yet has a line 24/7. Worst run business in town, if it weren’t for their product (sub par as it may be and as few options we have in this town) people would’ve long abandoned this place. Save yourself the headache and hit rise up the next day.
