We are in Reno for a few days and lost a vape (and lots of money 💰) at one of the casinos. Came here looking for a replacement but it's an older out of stock item. Joel took a lot of time talking us through options and even recommended another vape shop. When that shop didn't have it we came back to buy the new model from Pyramid Vapory. The shop itself is great, nice variety and some really cool art to buy. But the thing that makes this 5 stars is Joel, his customer focus, and he genuinely genuinely seems more interested in people than profit. Top notch shop, awesome owner, will definitely return next visit to Reno. Thanks!

Joel is awesome! I come to this shop often and Joel is always knowledgeable and super friendly.
