Deep Roots Harvest is my go to Dispensary. The people that work at DRH are good people. They are designing a new line system to get customers in and out fast with less people standing outside, which comes with some kinks. So be patient while they sort that out, and plan on an extra 20minutes min if its busy.
I have some medical issues and the line was to long for me to stand through. DRH is prepared, they want to help you, and make it easier on you, they have a wheel chair if you need it. The floor hard, its not worth smacking your face on trust me!
If you have medical issues speak up and these people will make sure you are safe while you wait. Dont make my same mistake. Also good product always.

To expensive and no versatility. Need competition to help give customers variety and selection. They value the almighty dollar to much.... Maybe the city/owners should start praying to the Ganja God.

Came here for the first time ready to spend $500. Too bad the man in the blue shirt had a bad attitude and lost most of my business. This place is lucky they even got some of my money. Buy from a different dispensary that is more customer friendly.

I am originally from San Francisco, I stoped by to see what they had to offer....first interaction with a helper there was extremely condescending and rude, I laughed, and asked for someone else to help me out, I then was met with another worker, this time talkin to me with this tone like I was a kid, and lucky to even be there.....I bought there most expensive products,.....straight garbage and a rip off...hella dry and WAY to over priced.

Extremely overpriced, more than double the per oz price of Colorado dispensaries, and almost double compared to Vegas.
Employees constantly pester you and make it difficult to just browse through the strains they have. I get that people need help especially with something so new, but I shouldn’t have to constantly repeat myself to 4 different employees who seem to be on a cycle where as soon as you tell one you’re just browsing, they send another one over from the group to ask the same question.
