Went two different times in 2 days with two different employees and still got the same attention as all of there established customers. They took the time to listen my needs and answered all of my questions with patience because I'm sure they've had the same ones over and over.

I love this place because the staff is always the same reliable people when I come in, they are personable, friendly, and always ready to help you find what you need. The owner remembers me everytime I see him, and asks how I'm doing; and they make their best juices in house, where you can see them prepare it. Just really above and beyond (knowledgable) service, and NOT AT ALL sketchy, like some other shops tend to feel.

Great customer service, they make the juice fresh plus the more you buy the bigger the discount. Very clean facility, lots of flavors and you can make whatever flavor you wish. Great prices. Will be back for sure. I recommend trying Scooby Snack, it's just like the shot & the pineapple is not overwhelming like a lot of pineapple flavors can be. Great job keep up the good work!!

I must say, my wife and I decided to try and take the vapor route instead of cigarettes. We decided to stop in and browse their products having no idea what we were looking for. These guys were amazing, knowledgable, professional and very helpful. The first time buying, we were given a tutorial, advice and of course safety lesson in store. I ran into a small issue with one item I purchased and they helped immediately and resolved my issue even better than expected. Referral program is helpful and member points a plus also. I have now helped other members of the family start looking at these options and they are helpful with each individual need. Great products, clean store, awesome menu for flavors and an amazing staff. Keep up the hard work guys, Thanks.

With the knowledgeable staff and great selection of products, Electric Clouds is the only vape shop in Albuquerque that I shop. They provide the best juice made in their state of the art lab and clean room. With all the choices out there Electric Clouds is in my opinion one of the best, I wish they offered local delivery but maybe one day they will.

Friendly, VERY knowledgeable, and Extremely helpful! Plus, they have a great Policy that if you don't like the flavor of an E juice and you have only used a small amount they will exchange it for a flavor you DO like! I used to get my E juice, MODs, coils, and all other accessories Online but I will be switching to them from now on!

Only downfall is that an employee recommended a juice to me, told him I hated coconut and he said it didn’t taste a thing like coconut.. unfortunately it taste exactly like smoked coconut and chocolate and nothing like strawberry.. alas everyone has different palates. Wish I wouldn’t have purchased the juice

My first visit was really good, the two women there were super nice, and made me feel comfortable being in there. The lady who sold me my e-cig was super helpful, and she seemed like she was really informative. The store is clean, and always smells delicious. I just wish the e-cig I bought was just as good as my service. The only thing I don't like about this place, is the return policy, there is none. But I get why. Keep up the good work ladies!
