Staff was unhelpful, didnt know anything. Solid me a defective coil and refused to refund or even give me a new good working one and said I have to buy new. Dont recommend this place at all, it's a waste of money. Go to Santa Fe instead.

I called this shop to ask about pricing since I live out of town. Thier answer was a rude "we don't give prices out on the phone you have to come in." Went to Mikeal's Smoke Shop and was treated great over the phone and in person. Would not recommend 420 arrogant attitude.

NO EXCHANGES .... CLERK SOLD ME THE WRONG FLAVOR AND NICOTINE JUICE AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE FOR A NON-NICOTINE JUICE....I PAID 18.00 AND TRIED TO EXCHANGE AN UNOPENED JUICE AND I SPENT OVER 65.00 IN THERE SHOP AND WANTED TO EXCHANGE AND BUY MORE PRODUCTS TO BOOT... BUT NOOOO!!....THIS IS BAD MANAGEMENT AND THE CLERK WAS INCOMPETENT. WILL NEVER GIVE MY MONEY TO THIS JOKE OF A SHOP AGAIN....KEEP THIS UP AND THEY WON'T HAVE A LOT OF HAPPY CUSTOMERS.
