Anytime they don't have the product I want or am looking for they are always able to direct me to a direction that think I will like. Their prices are super good, but that's not really what keeps me coming back. Like I said the staff is super amazing and I have been coming here for years for every product under the sun. This place used to be chill. But lately they started treating me differently at the store. I took it for a couple months but then started reflecting back the same energy. But when I called them out on how they treat me they called me disrespectful. The manager is arrogant and condescending and refused to tell me her name so I could report her. As far as I'm concerned you guys are trash now. I would give you 0 stars if I could.

Walked into the shop after many around town. I was looking for a puffco atomizer. They didn’t have any on hand either. I figured I’d go on my way. When the guy helping me went above and beyond and pulled one for me off the actual puffco for sale. It made my day and probably my whole week. Best customer service I’ve seen from a smoke shop.

JUST WIN BABY
Went in about a week go, the kid there wasn't very knowledgeable of any of the products, acted like he was but when I went too ask about a certain product had no idea what I was talking about , i went into the shop knowing what I wanted, the DR DABBER or something similar, which he said was his favorite piece to use was the dr dabber and was all excited about it ,but didnt even know how to put the water in it and when I asked If you guys could order extra battery for it, he acts like im dumb ,and says it doesn't take batteries it's just a built in battery , which its does have a battery you can remove, and so you can have a back up , there just trying sell you stuff here, just make sure that you do a lil research on what you want if buying something more costly, than just a pack of papers , all in all there store prolly has the best prices in town as well as some more expensive quality stuff too ,Great selection as well.maybe I'll go back.....
