They were very caring and patient with our nervous dog. They took the time to help her calm down and feel comfortable with the new place before takings her away to be groomed. They groomers fer exactly how i asked. VERY SATISFIED! Will be back.

My family and I love this pet store. All of the animals look healthy and well-cared for. Every staff member is super knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. They have all the supplies you'll need to adopt a pet, whether its a hamster, bird, turtle, snake, or something else! Pampered Pets carries a wide variety of animals, too: lizards, snakes, turtles, parakeets and other birds, mice, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, a wide variety of fish, and sometimes puppies and kittens. I like that they make sure that the puppies they get are not from puppy mills. The staff also does dog grooming and teeth cleaning. It really is an outstanding pet store. My son and I usually go to buy crickets for our pet lizard, and it's always a treat to visit.

The service is always good, very friendly, but seems like they need to take care of their critters, for instance, the fiddler crabs are stuck in a small tank in fresh water and no sand, on plastic, or their fishes in two (or more at times) tanks with ick. Just a lil more compassion to take care of their animals would be a 5 star rating but I give this a 3 out of 5 based on the service and friendliness.

Owner is wonderful and very helpful! Great with my baby when he gets his nails cut. There is an OUCH for 2020 PRICE INCREASE. To just have a dog's nails cut, it was $10, for 2020 it has increased .... to.... $15. Wow that a heck of an increase considering, most of us, either don't get a raise for the increase for the cost of living. The ones that so receive a cost if living increase, doesn't even come close to set national cost of living. Most of us can't afford to large of an increase in payment for services. I believe that's a 50% mark up.
I'm not sure, if I can afford to pay that much, when money is so tight I can barely squeek by a few cent left over.

The animals always seem to be well cared for and content. The staff is knowledgeable about the animals they offer, and there is actually a pretty wide variety of pets available. They are also responsible and upfront with information about animals that might be sick. They absolutely won't sell pets that are having issues until the problem is resolved.

We have had our dogs groomed here twice and both times were excellent. Best haircuts they ever. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
