The owner claimed to be mask exempt (not valid) after I asked her to put a mask on because I was making a purchase for someone in my household who is immunocompromised. I and all of my friends will never support this selfish business again.

I was greated to moment I walked in the door. I had a "Dagwood" with baristas choice for my esspro drink.
The sandwich was welecome after being on the road all day. The bread was perfectly toasted with deep grill marks. Inside was soft and I found delightful layer after layer inside.
The store was spotlessly clean inside. Service was friendly and attentive.
My coffee drink gave me a burst of enegery and was piping hot.

There’s a sign that says “No shirt, no shoes, no service” on the front door. It’s funny, because as a customer, my motto is “no mask, no business”.
The employees working here and at the pizza place next door were not wearing masks, which is absurd. All the other customers were, but not the employees.
Businesses need to put their politics or beliefs aside and require employees to wear masks under state and federal guidelines. Otherwise, they shouldn’t be open. It’s sad to see such a blatant disregard for science and the health of customers.

I always love coming into this store the selection is on point!!! The people are always ready and willing to help you with whatever you may need... if they don't have something that you want they are willing to look into stocking it for you and surprisingly the prices won't break the bank so glad we have a store like this in silver!!!

NO STARS IS NOT AN OPTION SO:I broke my old tank and went on in to Smokey Joes for a replacement. They did not have my brand although they said it was on order but that wasn't true. So they offered me a cool alterntaive for 50 dollars..my old one was 30...anyhow I bought the one they recommended and it stopped working within two weeks...my old tank is two years old, a simple device really...but they couldn't help me. Sorry they said when they couldn't make it work either but once I left the store they were no longer responsible and there wasn't anything they could do to help me. I am a senior citizen and live very frugally...so I can't very well come up with more cash for the store that just burned me, they will not stand behind a failed piece of equipment so I will just have to get my tank and better organic e juice on line for cheaper than they sell the crappy stuff...very poor customer service, another client lost

Very ignorant people. The guy working was relentless about letting me know his false knowledge and pseudoscience. This guy was more worried about telling me how wrong my view of the world was rather than sell me anything. Don't waste your time if your fairly educated.
