I give you folks 4 stars for customer service, but here's my problem. I went in about a week ago and bought one of your Kanger Tech subvod kit vape units, two days later, battery malfunction. Exchanged it, and again, about 3 days later, battery stays red for charging, but it won't charge. I had it charging for several hours yesterday, and it lasted about five minutes. Spoke with you folks on the phone, and one person said I'd have to speak to Savannah about a refund, or possibly putting the $62.99 towards another Vape unit. The date is 11/7/17, I would like to try and go in to exchange this today. Do you folks have any vape units made in the U.S.? I've looked online, and apparently, a lot of folks are having trouble with this brand of vape pen. I've heard Alibaba is good, I just want something that works, especially when I pay 63 dollars for it, as well as about 50 dollars for ejuice. Not mad at anyone, just looking for a safe alternative to cigarettes, that I can rely on. You folks have a nice day....Zachary Killough.
Well, it's been 4 days later, and I'm still having problems with the Vmod that I bought. The charger that they gave me helped for a couple days, but now, it still won't charge right. Not only that, but I've spoken to a lady who bought the same model online for 20 bucks, I paid 63 dollars for mine, and it doesn't even work. They're extremely expensive, and won't stand behind the products they sell. You've lost a customer, I'll be buying U.S. made Vape units from now on, and I'll buy them online.
