The customer service at this location is great. I spoke to Trish over the phone and she provided great information about the store’s products. Then I met her in person and she was really helpful. I am enjoying my purchase and will be back for sure. My only critique is that I arrived at the exact time the store was supposed to open, but had to wait an additional 15 mins or so.

Very welcoming and accommodating. Trish is very insightful and took her time to actually explain the product, show samples and throughly go throw the product line. If you are ever in Brooklyn definitely stop by check out some cbd and just enjoy the day pain/stress free.

Today was my first experience at “Your CBD Store” in Park Slope Brooklyn. Wow! What a great experience!
Let me begin with Trish, the store manager. Trish took the time to listen to my needs and recommend the best products for me. I recently had patella surgery after breaking it in 6 pieces. I had reconstructive surgery on September 16th and recently began PT. I can’t tolerate pain killers as they take away pain but devastate my stomach and make me ill afterwards. My PT recommended I try a CBD cream for topical use. I live in Queens and decided to have my partner drive me to Brooklyn for your award-winning full spectrum cream. Once there, while talking to Trish I explained how I had tried everything for my pain. She recommended the Tincture for pain and the Gummies for my anxiety.
At checkout, in conversation, I mentioned a problem my partner had been having with her skin and Trish was very understanding and knowledgeable about that too. I purchased the Collagen Cream for her in the hope that she would pass a spot test. As soon as we got home she tried it and so far there has been no reaction. I am hopeful this will help her.
What more can you ask for: a great product, great customer experience and feeling like you were explained everything and were educated about the benefits of CBD.
Even if you’re in another borough, this is where you should go. Hands down the best money I’ve spent on myself to feel better!

Great staff and a very nice, clean, comfortable store. Everyone is very friendly to talk to and answer any questions you may have. We've tried a bunch of different CBD labels and we've found that it's worth it to maybe spend a little more money and get a high quality product.
