Absolutely phenomenal staff. Fine glass products and grand accessories for smokers of every variety. And as a father, I appreciate the fact they ID EVERYONE before letting them even browse any of the stores wares. A true pillar of the community, I love this place.

I just went there today and was greeted by a security guard in full uniform who is demanding my ID to even enter the store. Even the liquor store doesn't ID you until you're at the cash register, this is a ridiculous policy and I will never set foot in this store again.

Very VERY shady. Ordered a 1/4 (2 bags) and the guy only came back with one. The guy who cashed me out saw it was only one and didn't say anything. Luckily I wasn't born yesterday and said I ordered a 1/4 and the other gentleman went back and got the other bag. The guy who took the money walked away not saying anything...be careful if you are not familiar with quantities, they will try to get one over on you and not say anything!

Worst store ever. Went in with my friend for him to buy products and told me I wasn't allowed in the store even if im not purchasing anything. I told him I was 35 he said he doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend going staff isn't friendly.

This is my absolute favorite place to shop. They carry everything i need in kratom and other great accessories for a very, very reasonable price. The staff is always super friendly, and Dave, the owner, is simply a great guy! They also have an other location in South Buffalo on South Park Avenue that's great, too!

Shake N Daze is the absolute best smoke shop around! They have such a huge variety of great quality products! I'll never go to another store again I can always find everything that I need super fast and the customer service is so friendly and knowledgeable. They have every flavor Hyde you could ever imagine. The glass is also super durable and there's a million exciting pieces to choose from.
