Hate to do this but I haven't other recourse.
Don't ever buy a vape from this shop - I bought two and second time I waited around to show them they sold me a defective product. The owner basically told me to gfy.
Really bad experience and since I'm an out-of-towner they paid no heed. Now I'm out $100 cuz this store sells faulty products.
For shame.

I have been a loyal customer here for the past 2 years, buying 3 water pipes from there over that period of time. I have spent over 1000 dollars there between those 3 water pipes and other miscellaneous items. I went in the store about 2 weeks ago looking for regular element rolling papers with the trey and filters. They did not have them and I asked if they would mind ordering them for me because they are all I will use. I called in to the store today to ask if they had ordered them and the lady said no. I mentioned I asked them to order them a couple weeks ago and she replied I don't think we are going to order them because we have all of these other brands. My response to her was thank you I will be sure to stop spending my money in your establishment. If you are looking for quality service don't waste your time at up in smoke, Go check out state of mind in saranac lake. They are much better with customer service and much nicer people.

I recently bought an e cig here which failed within four days. Whether or not it was because it was cheap($40) or defective they provided the worst costumer service. Refused to even help rectify it with the manufacturer or supplier, told us we were on our own nothing they were willing to do. The only reason this isn't a one star is because I have had great experiences in the past I'm just hugely disappointed with the costumer service when I needed it.

Went into store very friendly staff my cartridge was stuck in my vape and they tried there beat to get it out even helped me get another vape that I am completely in love with for a reasonable price.
