Everything was perfectly shipped. Customer service was great. They worked with me. Accidently had the wrong address. fixed immediately. Highly recommended.

Waiting for a friend to finalize a truck purchase I found this place. Small humidor with sliding doors that don't close all the way. I bought 4 cigars that were way overpriced but I wanted one and can never buy just one. Staff was fine. Cigar was dry and split upon cutting. $2.50 for a .99 Bic lighter.

I love this place so much. The employees are super knowledgeable about products and always happy to walk me through things. It's honestly always the best customer service and I love going there. They also have a rewards program that I am loving.

I won’t lie the staff is a little rough and can be at times rude but with that being said the owner is a good man they don’t do returns or exchanges but when he saw I bought a pen two days earlier and realized that it was a system error and not users exchange the pens for me I will be back to buy more items from them .

Went in a couple weeks ago and will never go again. The man working the counter was incredibly rude. I was trying to decide what I wanted to get and the employee said "pick motherf*cker" I'll admit I was taking a little bit of time but that was totally unnecessary.

Just stopped looking for a squonk box. Had an issue with the first one. Second one, much higher quality, sold ot to me for the same price. Knowledgable, customer service oriented, and fair. Highly recommend

Very disrespectful service tonight at 6:00 pm. Just asked the woman a question and she totally dismissed me and looked at me as if I shouldn't be there. It had nothing to do with any of the pdoducts: not something I'm into.

They have a Vape Juice by Alero called Watermelon Cosmo the only ones that carry it, the Juice is amazing and the Guy I dealt with in the store was very helpful and very friendly. Great place at all there stores they are friendly and helpful I enjoy going there and now I am glad I found one in Latham was always going to Lake George to get it or was ordering it online and come to find out there is one around me yes!!
