Awesome place. The one worker that has waited on me was and is absolutely amazing person. She is very nice and super knowledgeable and smart when it comes to answering questions about products. She needs a big raise and should be promoted. You don't come across such great people like this.

Have been a long standing customer with 51 vape, my last visit was horrible, the manager gave me the wrong product, didn’t notice till I was 5 steps out the door, she refused to replace it with the rite one, claiming, she told me it was the wrong product and I said “ oh yeah I want to waste my money on something I can’t use, REALLY! not only was she rude, and refuse to give her name, being she had her friends in the store, and allowed them to join in on the conversation I was having with her, She’s has never really been friendly, and claiming she is a manager, she really has no business dealing with the public, she was very cold, didn’t care at all, what I was saying, had that I don’t care attitude, and it’s all about the power trip she was on, and amusing and showing off for her friends! It’s sad that 51 vape would promote this non people person, with a unprofessional attitude to represent their store! 51 vape this so called rude female manager gave me the wrong product, then blamed it on your customer because she was more interested in amusing her friends then taking care of your customer! This is the kinda manager you want representing your vape shop!

Been here several times. Sent my wife in to buy a part. They sold her a tank. Called the owner (In Texas) with in less than 5 minutes of purchase. Owner refused to solve the problem. Siting it was a tabaco purchase. Looked it up and it was not. Still gave it yet another shot in a pinch. Staff is not knowledgeable about the products they carry. Nor do they carry any of the replacement parts for the Tanks they sell. Everything is at a premium here. Do NOT come here unless you like paying premium prices for sub par service. Better store almost Directly across the street. Much friendlier and way more knowledgeable! If I could i would give this place zero stars!

Visited while in Glens Falls and the employee working was super knowledgeable. They recommended HHC and I have fallen in love with it!

Used to be a great shop to get all vaping products until a new employee, a taller female that goes by Meg, started working. My experience with this employee has only been negative. She has lied about certain products being available, told me another employee no longer worked at the store when in fact she still does, always has a scowl when interacting with customers, and the few interactions i have had with this employee have only been negative. I stopped frequenting this store solely based on my experiences with this person. I will not return my business unless there is a change in customer service at 518 Vape.

First impression was good. Got a good vape pen for a fair price, and two bottles of e-juice also at a fair price. Friendly dude working there today. I'll probably return soon.
But very limited juice selection. I am only interested in tobacco flavored juice, and that's all they have. Lucky for me, I suppose.

Nice store was neat and clean decent selection and fair prices. I went in for a glass tank because I broke mine and although they had it, unfortunately it was the last one available would have liked to buy two for a backup. But over all good store the staff was friendly in helping me pick out juice. I like fruity flavors but it didn't seem like they had a good selection I was only given three choices.

Called to ask about availability of products for my smok tech stick prince and was quickly assured they had multiple products that would fit my needs. The young man I spoke with was super friendly and accommodating. Ive never been inside because currently no one can enter - but the place looks well stocked with a variety of products. The gentleman filled my order from the door happily. Thanks for a great experience.

I went there looking to switch so I could get away from cigarettes. I looked around and it's a clean, sanitary place to visit. I asked a load of questions which were answered promptly. The guy was pleasant and respectful. He directed me to exactly what I needed and picked a tasty flavor of Butterscotch. I told a coworker about everything and she'll be there to get the same thing. I'll be back and I highly recommend you go there too.

Just found this shop over the weekend searching for supplies for 3 mods, a drag x, an old kanger tech & an aegis pod. All & i mean all the other local vape shops are a joke these days carrying mainly tobacco based inventory & SMOK so my hopes were not high going into this tiny shop.

However, they were able to provide coils for both the old kanger & the newer drag x, I forgot the 18650 battery i needed too so had to go back for that another day. These employees were very helpful & the store has quite a great stock for all vaping needs, including salt nic! Happily surprised & my new go to store well worth driving to from Hudson Falls NY.
