Best in Rochester! I recently discovered HempSol and I’m impressed. Not only do they have the best selection of products, but the prices are reasonable, too. And, it’s the staff that really makes this place number one in my book. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. I used to go to the medical dispensaries, but HempSol beats them hands-down with better pricing and much better products. Way to go, HempSol. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time HempSol but by far not my first rodeo if you catch my drift. The customer service was very welcoming and made you feel comfortable and not rushed like at some places I’ve been. It wasn’t very busy until the last few min of my visit but even so the very nice lady with blonde hair helped me out and took her time to understand what I wanted and made some excellent choices for me to choose from and I was not disappointed. The products are fire and it was exactly what I wanted when I explained my preferences. I would def recommend this place!

I am definitely impressed with the quality of their products. The owner and staff are amazing people. Im not from this area and they welcomed me with open arms. They have become my go to store, not just for their outstanding products but for making me feel welcome and at home.
Google is asking me if anything has changed at Hempsol, so since this is my favorite go to CBD store I have to respond! They sure have changed in the most magnificent way! They continue to be the best shop with the best products in Rochester. Im a frequent guest in their shop and I always feel like they know exactly what I need and they always make me smile. I was just there the other day and Ive been having some bad days, as soon as I walk in Im welcomed each time by the most amazing staff that lifts my mood right away. How can I be moody when Im in a happy atmosphere. The staff dosen't just provide an outstanding service, they also provide and create a vibe where you are left walking out with a better mood and more knowledge. No matter what you will leave Hempsol knowing there is no better place to buy your goodies from.

What a great place! I was so impressed with the selection and quality. Had an enlightening convo about pure distillate (that taste! 🤮) vs butter based edibles 🤤- so interesting. Such a helpful and kind staff! Full of info! We even met the owner, who seemed like a good man, I only wish we were in town longer so we could become regulars and support his business more often. As it is, I will be rocking my shirt proudly from afar.

An old friend, Dawn Burritt, told me she was working here. She said the products were of high quality, and she was correct . She called ahead and informed them we were coming, and Cody was great and answered & explained any questions we had! We'll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I were referred by Dawn to this gem of place. It was a great experience. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. We will definitely be going back!

Stopped into HempSol when I was just in ROC in February. Amy was my consultant. Her knowledge of the cannabis industry & products is fantastic. Thanks once again HempSol for covering me in The ROC!

This store is nice and the quality is good! My only complaint is how high the prices are. E.g they want 50$ for there cart brands when glo carts are around 15-20$ a piece. I've tried hemp sols carts and I did not really feel that much of a difference so I cannot personally justify spending 50$ for one cart when I can get two glo carts for around 40$... The batteries for these carts are also really expensive in the store. They sell ooze carts for almost double of what they're going for online and in other stores. Overall, there hemp products are good and they're genuinely nice people I just don't think I will ever shop here because there are so many other stores within the Rochester area that are so much more cheaper then this store. If you have the cash then go for it, but if you are looking for some good carts for a lot cheaper then just stick with glo carts they're exactly the same thing. :)

Went here based on a reference from a friend trying to find something to help me sleep. I found what I needed but also found friendly, knowledgeable people working here. Even though it is a bit of a drive for me, I will gladly do it for the great service. I first went here about a week ago and I have had the best week of sleep that I have had in years.
