This place is awesome. They have just about anything a recreational or medical user of cannabis, CBD or tobacco products could need. What they don't have at the store, they will gladly order.

Stopped in today to inquire about some vaping products. As a beginner, I had little to no idea what was out there. I had done some research and had an idea of what I wanted, but had been to several smoke shops in the area and was told that I should buy the biggest and best. I was really looking more at the Smoov products (look and feel more like a real cig) and was being told they would not do me justice. Worked with Mikayla (sp) and she had actually tried the product before. Gave me her list of pros and cons and after listening to what I was looking for as a beginner helped me get my first Smoov starter kit. She didn't try to push me towards the biggest and best, but educated me on why certain things were better, etc. She was BRILLIANT. On top of all this she managed an odd afternoon rush (at least 6 people deep) with a slow credit card machine FLAWLESSLY. You have a great employee and she will be the reason why I will continue to shop Mad Hatter's and NO ONE ELSE.

Best smoke shop in Monroe county hands down. The 5 star savings APP is the cherry on top. Lowest prices in Rochester with quality CBD and Vape products. Kratom is highest quality and cheap for a head shop compared to the competitors, I wish they displayed all of their Kratom products closer to where I can see them all. I won't demote 1 star for that bc customer service is the best!
