My boyfriend went yesterday to get us CBD cartridges. I use cbd for a better way to deal with anxiety. When he came home we opened our packages and began to use the cart. They both tasted disgusting. No flavor and the color just didn’t look right. We looked at the package and found out we had been sold over 3 month expired cartridges. We won’t be going back again, we refrained because they were pricey but we’re willing to try again. Now we won’t be going anymore again.

The customer service was great. I came in with a vape mod I had bought from somewhere else that was defective. Liam and the manager Joe were very helpful in finding a new one and said they offered a 30 day warranty if I had any issues.
Everytime I go there the service is top par. The products are quality and numerous. The new front looks great!

My wife and I find this to be the most reliable,friendly and the best shop! If your looking for something,most likely this shop will have it or possibly order it for you. Been almost ten years we have been going here. The owner is running a great business! The workers always work as quick as possible to get you in and out the store if your always on the fly like me. Dope smoke shop. Kewl a$$ workers. I can see this place being around for a while.

By far the best smoke shop around! They have a huge stock of e-juices with a large selection made right here in the Rochester area. There's also a giant gallery of glass with some truly beautiful and unique pieces. The staff is always so personable, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm really happy they decided to make East Irondequoit their home!
