Upstate Canna Co

This is a great up and coming dispensary in the Schenectady region. It’s recent opening has caused a lot of excitement in our community. Many people are eager to visit, so be patient and expect various wait times. When I visited it was midday and I waited about 25 minutes. I was greeted with friendly staff and a relaxing atmosphere. The other customers waiting with me were from all walks of life, young and old, new and experienced. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave each of us individual attention. I really appreciate the variety of products available that are grown in New York State. There seemed to be a bit of everything for everyone, depending on one’s needs and preferences.

I’ve been to upstate canna company 3 times now. After shopping in mass as well as all of the medical dispos in New York I like this one best so far tho prices are high on some products they are dropping every time I come back and they are adapting well to the ever evolving bussiness and trying hard to meet all the customers needs staff is always pleasant and attentive. Thank u for paving the way and may u pave far and wide I’ve driven up to 3 hours away to get to a dispo it’s nice to only drive 52 min also⚡️🌊⚡️

Cool experience. The staff are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and based on what they have told me have been working non stop since they opened. I find that admirable. Compared to Massachusetts State the prices are better.

Updated review:
I only run into closed stores in NY when the hours are open, and this time I did it on a Saturday on the way back home, middle of the day, with no indication that they would be closed. This happens often in this state for whatever reason and drives me insane. Food is the worst about it.
That is not acceptable anywhere else, and I don’t recall this ever happening anywhere I’ve been or worked. I’ve lived from Maine to Montana.
I am a traveler and go all over and love supporting local places, but I truly have not run into this issues anywhere by NY state. You can look at my other reviews.

I rely on google to find things, places, reviews and locally owned places to support and many people like me do as well.
I’m glad you were able to update the opening info to avoid this from happening to someone else, I can understand how someone might forget about info on google, I would imagine/bet it’s the main source of how people find you, but if you don’t use it regularly I guess you would never think about it. Idk

I googled this place in advance and went out of my way to come here but they were temporarily closed but it wasn’t updated on google hours yet and there was no signs in the doors to indicate why or anything, but they took note of the small mistake and quickly fixed it :)

Just tried to place a $400 order online, but there's no payment system in place. The message clearly instructs me to call their location to determine next steps, but they can't even be bothered to answer the phone during business hours.
I live in Rensselaer and Schenectady is a hike for me so I'd rather not make that trip. Wanted to ask if they're delivering yet, amongst other things but this is my second time reaching out by phone and not getting someone to answer.

The staff is nice. Choices are on display. The product is better than anything is Massachusetts by a longshot. The online menu has be re-vamped. A rating of 5/5 should be given, but the wait can be long. That is not the fault of staff or company.

The 2 star isn’t a review as I haven’t been to your dispensary yet, but your Vape cart description in the menu doesn’t indicate the THC percentage and that’s a problem.

Overpriced and the weed I'd not that good! Also stood in line for almost three hours while there where people that Owners or workers knew that they would let go ahead of the line of people waiting!Definitely should of reciprocated something for customers standing outside for so long! I Will never go back here!

This is a review of a product not the dispensary. I purchased 5 grams of papa smurf two days ago. The buds were Very dry can crush it with my two fingers into powder. The scent was good but very faint , the taste was bland no flavor and the high was very weak did not last longer then half hour . Not impressed with hudson cannabis the quality is poor . I spent $61.88 for 5 grams of dry weak cannabis, needless to say im not happy with my purchase. Dont waste your money on papa smurf. I hope they have better products then this?
