No online ordering even with a year to prepare. Massive lines that move dreadfully slow due to lack of preordering and the attendee is too busy smoking in the back of some black bmw to notice 8 people have left and 8 more could be let in instead of having us out in the freezing cold. Worst dispensary ive been too. Zero selection aswell. Yes the employee was outside smoking regardless of whatever no smoking rule youre talking about. Me aswell as multiple other guest mentioned it and watched him not only hit a cartridge infront of the door. But also get into a car and smoke there while the door was left unattended

Prices are crazy. $60 for 3.5g. $110 for 1g of wax. Guy down the street from there is cheaper and some quality is way better

Good product fair prices but I felt rushed and pressured sales lady I felt didn’t know a lot I was looking for a sativa dominant she pointed to the most expensive wish I had a bit more time to select and look but felt rushed to choose

pro tip: Book Smart Cannabis Co. in Albany, NY is wayyyy better! Don't buy de-hashed and overpriced scrap blends. Don't pay dispensary prices again!

Would have given 5 stars as it is a great store with really kind, helpful staff but I didn't appreciate seeing an extra 3.5% charge on receipt for using credit card. Also, it had to be phoned in to a different location hence why I didn't use bank card. Recommend paying with that other green stuff....oh yeah cash.
