I've been coming here for the past few months and I have to say; the service here is off the charts. They have amazing customer service. They have a vast array of CBD products. From tinctures to teas, and Water to flower. This place has it all. And it all works. I'll be honest; I'm not the type to leave reviews for businesses. But this place deserves all the praise it gets. Truthfully. My only issue is that there is only one store. Lol. To the people who run this business: keep up the good work. You'll always have a customer in me. And I will always recommend this place. ✌

His ability to assist me was truly an experience, as I did not know anything about CBD. Phil was able to convey information and expertise on every product. All hands down a great place it should have a 10 star rating. If you are looking for the most potent and medicinal CBD products at the best prices then this is definitely the place to go. I actually had my three-year-old son and even bringing my three-year-old son I felt very comfortable and they conducting their theirselves very professionally. This place is absolutely classy and if you are having a bit of cold feet or what have you been have no fear and if you have lack of knowledge then also have no fear and feel free to go on in and ask questions because they are absolutely ready to help you any way they can which makes it that much better. Way to go upstate CBD!

First time ever going here, was a bit nervous as im a first time wanting to try cbd user.
I walked in, was automatically greated and given a tour and explanation of everything that's offered. I was automatically told "we don't judge here dont worry" when I said I was new to cbd and didn't know much. I was there for flower, and had questions still. The worker (I forgot his name) asked what I was looking to help, I explained to him my ailments and he recommended not one, but 3 different options and told me the reasons why her chose those 3.
I ended up taking 2 of 3 to try before I figure out if cbd is for me. This store is definitely run by some nice people, and its such a nice atmosphere.

Love it here. Couldn’t believe how amazing the products were. My attendant was sweet & helpful. She helped me with prices & best products for me. I loved the pre rolled joint, and I got a Cbd drink! All for under $20. I will definitely be going back!

I threw my lower back out three weeks ago and finally found some true, natural pain relief with Upstate CBD. I don't remember the employees name (we're both St.Rose grads though, so she's my "Rosebud," from now on), but she was as sweet and helpful as you can imagine (give that woman a raise lol).. it was my first experience with the shop and I was beyond impressed. I know that tonight I'll sleep better than I have in days.. practically in tears, I'm so relieved to be relieved from the pain. Thank you, Upstate CBD!

Thanks to this place and their CBD-infused dog treats, my anxiety-prone Shih Tzu was able to relax on this year’s July 4th explosion fest. This is the first year this has been possible so I can not recommend them highly enough. They have a very friendly staff too who are willing to take the time to listen to what you need and recommend the best products for you. 5 stars all the way.
