I had a great experience. I went Friday afternoon and was in and out in 30 minutes. Staff were all great. Talked with some others in the line while we waited, everyone was very friendly. The prices are surprisingly good, from $20-$60 or so for an 1/8th. It's comparable to prices in western MA despite being the first recreational dispensary in the area. I am also happy with the quality of the product. The Rolling Green Sour Diesel I got is probably in the top 5 or 10 of flower I've had. Overall, really impressed by Upstate Canna Co. They are off to a strong start and makes me excited that we finally have recreational dispensaries here.

today was my first experience at Upstate Canna Co. it was absolutely amazing. The waiting room atmosphere with the comfortable seating and ambiance was top tier. The check in process was smooth and quick. The staff was very knowledgeable about the product they are selling and extremely friendly. Their website is up to date even though preorders are unavailable you can still browse the product ahead of time!
I will note, they do not accept chime and their atm machines are not available in store yet so this should be noted in a sign on the store if it isn’t already (I may have missed it) but either way this doesn’t change my star ⭐️ review. There is a bank across the street with an atm 🥳.
They have product I’ve been looking for for ages that I haven’t been able to find anywhere since going through cancer and it was the only thing that helped me sleep (I’m looking at you blueberry kush).
Thank you to the amazing staff! So glad to have this awesome place right in our backyard.

Efficient process from check in to check out. A smaller area of privacy in the back for ordering/discussing, which I like. Well organized ordering and purchasinf process. Super clean and very nice staff.

Went for the first time today..from start to finish it was about 45mins (definitely worth it). Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Process went very smooth. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Was considering to go however saw the location and it appears to be a headache! Looked at the website and it's functionality appeared generic. I tried to call and ask about accessibility, not looking to stand in a lengthy line, no answer. Phone was busy at first than was ringing for a long time. Rather than answer it, it appears someone answered and hung up. Red flag! On my way to Lee!
