Very cool first time experience. Waiting in line was awesome to see all of the different walks of life that weed heals! More gray hair in the crowd than I thought! I loved it. I was not rushed. The female clerk took everything I said into consideration and hooked my husband and I up with some good good. She was so chill. The atmosphere was really peaceful. So funny, I grew up right down the road and never imagined a legal pot store in NY let alone in my hometown. I will be back. A lot. Thank you! So high right now haha

Just wait for the competition. Weed is cheap. It's like the jewl pod thing, they want you to think it's valuable but it's 2 cent of product marked up a hundred times.

I'm so upset So my 1st time going here it was horrible I tried to ignore the reviews before I came here because they weren't good but I figured I'd given it a try but I guess the reviews were right Prices are too high weed doesn't even get you high do not go here

Checked out the new dispensary....
Haven't smoked yet but taxes were only approx 9 bucks (compared to MA that's a steal), there is no preorder yet, and the line was to the end of the block (the shorter closer end of the block) entering was interesting to say the least...there are benches along the perimeter and you play musical chairs as the ones sitting ahead of you get called in ....the employee welcoming and checking in guests was very nice (he may have been the owner), once called into the back room, there were staff at registers about three on duty, the cashier started off friendly but seemed a bit cold towards the end when I have suggestions about the website....that was until I gave a tip and suddenly he was perky again, go figure I guess money makes everyone happy.
That's my experience going to upstate canna co on union street in Schenectady.
Two suggestions:
1) add THC content to the main images it saves time when viewing, rather than having to click on each one to find out.
2) in the filter add potency (high to low & low to high) options.
No one wants to spend time perusing the menu when they know what they're looking for. I know I don't.
Parking was relatively easy and close.
We'll see the quality of what NY has to offer their recreational use buyers as I have not tried anything I've purchased yet.

We waited for the crowd to die down and just left here! Everyone here was super friendly and I am so glad that it is open now!!!! Geo was our tender and has a wonderful personality! Can’t wait to come back! Great job, I’m sure everyone is tired Keep doing what you do.

Told your sales lady I wanted a sativa made it very clear she only gave me 2 options when I got home and looked up what I bought it’s a freaking hybrid. For that reason I am extremely dissatisfied. I like to smoke but I have too much stuff to do to be sleepy. Please add more filters to your menu so people can pull up exactly what they are looking for .
