ZFO VAPE SMOKE CBD & NOVELTY

Garbage.went there to Buy a new vape and new coils for it. Girl sold me the wrong coil pack so i go back to replace them but they won't take them back per store policy also the girl was very rude. now im out another 20$ plus the drive. Most of the employees have no experience with vape products there what so ever. Wouldn't recommend wasting your time. Plus the vape selection is lacking and expensive.

I personally have spent hundreds of dollars here on disposable tobacco vapes. I recentaly just purchased 10 Hyde disposable. Out of 10 of them 5 of them did not work at all when i opened them. This was a $120 purchase after tax which is about my normal purchase when i go there. I was told by the person at the front desk and relayed throught the owner that all sales are final and sorry about the inconvenience. No phone call or anything. I have found a new place that said if that EVER happens we will replace it. It's pretty sad that small business owner can see transaction on a customer and lose some over $50. Will NEVER go back again and i would suggest people move to another location. These people could care less about your business. In reply to your response. I buy whatever vapes you have, and really not to concerned with discounts. I have 5 out of 10 Hydes broken and can bring them up to show you. Not worth my time anymore and see how you do business. So i should have opened all 10 Hydes i bought from you and tried call of them there? That is not realistice, have a good failure.

ZFO will do anything to hide their atrocious customer service. They will even stoop to lying about formerly loyal customers. After they instituted their "mail ban", I left my original positive review below and moved on. Months later, after one of their devices that I own crapped out, I was planning a trip to visit their store in person to purchase a replacement part to restore said device. That's right, that is how loyal of a customer I once was. Knowing that they could not ship the part to me, I was willing to book a 2.5 hr flight just to pickup a small part from them. Of course, I wanted to know if the part was available from them before booking the flight. I kindly reached out for product availability and was chastised and dismissed in an extremely rude manner. I've worked in CS before and would never treat a customer, especially a long-term loyal customer in any way similar. Now, they're blatantly lying about their terrible service in order to uphold their own "reputation". If you read other reviews, you will see a trend. The fact is, ZFO treats their customers like garbage and will do anything to hide the truth. I did not see them for who they really were until recently. Had I known, I would not have spent a single cent with them. Oh and the defective device that they manufactured? I threw that junk out.

These guys just lost a long-time customer. Asked for stock availability and was treated to rude and condescending "customer service". Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common theme. It's sad that a once amazing business now resorts to belittling their patrons. With this attitude, I wouldn't be surprised if more customers take their business elsewhere.

ZFO is not worth your time or money, especially with so many good alternatives available nearby and online.

I ordered a Digiflavor Pharaoh Mini Rta online. When I received the order the seals were broken on the box, small chip on the topcap, and hair on the glass inside the box! Wasn't too impressed! First time ordering from here! Not sure why the seals would be broken but it gives me a reason not to order from this place anymore unfortunately. Thankfully everything was still there and complete.

Wife bought a vape mini pod kit on Friday afternoon ,did not work, brought it back on Monday morning,they will not exchange or credit as store policy ,they just lost a long time customer,they can keep there junk sales

The Customer service was great. And they had a tank I've been looking for . Couldnt find it for 2 weeks till someone recommended this place So happy I did buisness with them . Thank you ZFO for the Great exsperience.

Very enjoyable store. Spend an average of 15 to 20 extra minutes inside talking and hanging out with the employees. I wish I new about this store sooner than I did because the prices are hands down the best in Rochester for any product you need. Plus they have free fresh popcorn and a dog that greets you at the door. Cannot beat that at all. 10/10 recommended.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE! Always have products in the showcase and and always stocked up. I absolutely love the set up of the shop. You walk into the store and it feels like you are at home. BRANDON sold me my products and he would help you with anything you need. Highly HIGHLY reccomend this place

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Customer service is horrid, I literally have never done business with anyone who treats their customers as awfully as these guys do. I'm sure the owner will reply to this saying something else rude which will only prove my point further. If you want to attach the conversation between us as well go for it. However the point of this is I simply asked them to wave the restocking fee of 10% which is ridiculous for something that was opened and closed right back up and sent back, it would be different if it were used. Oh also everyone make sure to remember this next time you buy from these guys and it will be plainly stated once or twice in our conversation that I'm sure the owner will post, they don't care about you and they don't need you as a customer. So even if its more expensive go somewhere else and well see where these guys end up in a couple years. They don't deserve your business and you deserve better customer service. Buyer beware, you have been warned.

I make a trip at least once a week down to the ZFO very freindly and knowledgeable staff. They also have the largest choice of nicotine salt juice in the country. If you get a chance drive on over ask for Brandon has very informed on all there products and has been in the vape industry for years. Never had a bad experience there.
