This is not a "fake review" as ZFO may insist. Just read any negative review, they comment by belittling their customers whom may just have a small problem. Very tacky, immature, and rude. I will attach their childish reply to my email about receiving defective replacement pods. This was what they sent me:

"This is the first we are hearing of an issue. Please, by all means... tell us how you were “fooled” into buying something?

And tell us how you managed to USE four pods and find them unsatisfactory in mere hours after they arrived TODAY? What you’re claiming is literally impossible.

Care to elaborate? Because as it stands now you sound absolutely insane, sorry.

Nobody forced or fooled you into making a purchase.

You received exactly what you purchased, at least than retail price no less.

You could not have possibly used four Mi-Pod cartridges that arrived TODAY and expired them. It’s quite literally impossible.

So... now that we’ve established these facts, care to explain what your true malfunction is, or are we simply dealing with a case of the crazies?

A terrible business run by terrible people.

Upon entering the store to purchase vapor products for myself, I was instantly accused of buying age restricted items for minors. The woman demanded everyone in the vehicle we arrived in to show ID, which shouldn’t have been a problem considering we are all 21+. I understand that fake IDs are quite a serious problem in the industry, so naturally I comply.

My friends and I hand her our IDs, and she immediately begins to berate us. Two of my friends were visiting from out of state, to which she immediately accused them of being fakes. She incorrectly informs us that they are required to swap their out of state licenses for a NY one, which is borderline hilariously untrue. Not only were they not permanent residents of the state, they have no intention of moving here. You’d think someone in her position would have a better understanding of this sort of legislation. Does that mean you’re not allowed to go to bars when you’re out of state?

In one of the most peculiar instances of a power trip that I’ve ever seen, we are kicked out of the store and told to “never come back.” I can’t imagine such abhorrent customer service would promote a successful business model, and I can only hope that the store will suffer as a result. Other shops in the area would never stoop to such disrespectful behavior, and deserve your patronage far more than this pathetic excuse of a business.

All my favorite gear comes from the ZFO and House of Hybrids.
They have outstanding customer service and gorgeous gear and the folks there are just like family to me!
If you haven't been you do need to go and check it out!

Everytime i go in im helped by one of their knowledgeable employees. They have a phenomenal selection of mods, tanks, rda's, and e-liquid. They do not make liquid there, but have a very wide array of nic juices and nic salts. i have not left unhappy yet. Store is very clean, and location for me is perfect as it's on the way home. its at the back of the plaza from the road and can be tricky to find first time. However this is actually nice once you find it, as it'ss not very busy out back. definitely would recommend to friends and anyone reading this.

I've been going to the ZFO Outlet for many years but now they've really blossomed into a fantastic one stop shop. They always have what I need and now with weekend hours I don't have to order online! Their selection of Nic Salts is fantastic and so important for low wattage vapers like me.

Absolutely excellent service! A really great stock with the greatest selection of nic salts and pod mods that I have ever seen. Brando at the ZFO has always been very helpful and able to talk me through exactly what I needed. I definitely recommend this place.

If you need supplies or juice or coils. Go here. They have the biggest selection in Rochester! They even have a website. You hop on order online, pay and choose local pickup and just go pick it up. Chris knows what he is doing (owner) and brando and Shawn are great too! Why go anywhere else? I don’t know. You shouldn’t be!

Best vape shop I’ve been to. The employees are super friendly and helpful. Brandon is literally the coolest guy ever. I love the environment there and the prices. Definitely would recommend to this place to any smokers or vapers. I wish there was a sixth star available for reviews.
