This shop is fantastic, the owners are great, the employees are professional and will help you with any vaping questions or concerns, did I mention they have popcorn, all you can eat for free?! I would definitely check them out if you are looking for a superb vaping establishment. By the way all their in store prices are the same as their online store!

I have been to many vape shops and every time I go into a shop I always feel like I'm being rushed or pushed out but when I come to the ZFO I feel welcome and not rushed these people are very friendly and are willing to help you through your vaping experience. I can easily spend 2 hours at the ZFO because they have a large selection of vapes. I have gotten 2 vapes from the ZFO and I have not had any problems with the products they have sold me. Every one inside are very nice and mature. Oh yeah and if you want some fancy juice this is the place to go

If I could leave a negative star review, I would. Extremely unhappy with this company. My ziip stopped working less than a week after I received it. I contacted the company via email and was waiting for a response from a second person but never got one. I contacted the first person again and he responded with “I suggest you check your email.” Like I said I never got an email from that second person, hence why I emailed the first person again. That was horribly rude. We have also left 3 voicemails and have not received a phone call back. It has been about 2 weeks since I contacted them saying my ziip wasn’t working. They kept having me try different things and nothing worked. They then told me nothing should be wrong with it. My sister got a ziip from Vapor for Lyfe at the same time I recieved mine for cheaper than I paid and hers works great. I will be using that company from now on. I am still waiting for a response over 2 weeks later. At this point I just want a refund. Horrible customer service. I have never dealt with a company this unorganized and rude.

Furthermore, when they respond to your negative review, they call you names and talk to you as if you’re stupid. What kind of a company allows that?! Unprofessional, childish, and beyond rude. You have never told us to return it. I have all of the emails. Thank you very much.

I’ve been to many shops and no shop has given me the information that I have asked about when wanting to switch to the nic salts . I could not be happier with what I was paired up with and Recommended to get. My loyalty will forever be with them hands down!

The best vape shop around, hands down. the people who work here are fantastic, as well as the atmosphere. Shawn has never guided me in the wrong direction with any of my purchases.

Brand new vaper who is trying to cut the cigs. I've never been in a vape shop, too intimidating I thought but was pointed here by a co-worker. Shawn was working, amazing guy. Understood I didnt know anything and got me started with an easy model and salt nic that would help me reduce my ciggerate use and made the process so simple and affordable. Will def be back to try new flavors.

The zfo is the greatest shop I have ever been to with above exceptional service, Brandon sat with me and looked through multiple mods while asking me questions of what I Was really looking to get out of my vaping experience . After almost an hour of talking he found the perfect combination for me to completely stop smoking and enjoy my vape!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE #ZFO-IS-SKETCHY

I ordered this product and when it arrived it only came with one pod even though it is pictured with two. At the time I ordered , the description clearly stated that it came with two coils (different ohms) after I sent an email calmly stating that my unit arrived with no coils it was replied to in a rude manner.
I was told that one pod was in the unit (which it was...but who does that?) and that the other was not included (even though the description at the time of order listed the two different ohm coils that come with it and is pictured in the images)
Whole thing was real sketchy.
The ordering process was kind of weird too. Even though you are asked where u want the item shipped the default is in store pick up so make sure to reread everything before you finalize the order. Definitely not the normal ordering process. They changed the product description after I complained and before sending their snarky reply basically implying that I was trying to rip them off. I guess that’s to be expected when dealing with people that operate the way they do.
Whatever, definitely won’t be ordering from them ever again.

After taking a closer look at their online prices I can tell you they are way higher compared to almost every other site I normally shop with.
The product I ordered from them was sold out everywhere else, in the color I wanted, so even though they charged more for it then I had paid at another site (cheaper and came with both pods), I ordered it because hey supply and demand, I get it, but to be honest I really do feel they conveniently misrepresented this item. Then when I brought it to their attention their response was extremely unprofessional to say the least.
Read the email chain below and judge for yourself. At the end of the day it’s really their loss. I may be out a $12 pod but I won’t be spending another penny with them and go out of my way to tell others what kind of a SKETCHY company this is.

I received my order today but there were NO
Pods in the box. I am very disappointed as I was very eager to use it. I would very much appreciate it if the coils are sent out to me right away. I also do business online and occasionally over look something or have a situation in witch an order is wrong or incomplete. I hate when a customer does not even give me a chance to correct it before trashing me with a negative review and don’t want to be “that guy”.

You ordered a lan pod system that comes with one single preinstalled pod. Singular. Nothing more. You did not order any additional packs of replacement pods. We’ll be MORE than happy to send you a copy of the invoice you received after placing your order and link you to the product description showing exactly what you purchased if you’re still somehow confused.

We suggest if you want pods, you buy them.

Just had my first experience at ZFO, the assistant manager was in this morning and was more then helpful, he answered any and all questions I had, was very friendly first thing in the morning, and knowledgeable about his products and industry, i will definitely be coming back.

Great atmosphere. Purchased a sourin air and when the battery malfunctioned after a few days they swapped it out no problems. As a bonus they had made a beef brisket which tasted awesome!
