The staff was knowledgeable. The store was very accessible for the disabled. I really liked the store. They will sit with you and go over the products if standing is a problem. They also offer phone consultations at the Camillus store. Prices are very reasonable.

Rob made the experience I had in the CBD store so enjoyable. I was trying to find a replacement to a CBD cream that my parents had been using from another store, and he was so helpful and knowledgeable as to what would be the best fit for them as a replacement. I had such a good experience shopping for them, that I was back within a half hour looking for oil for myself to use to help my arthritis pain. He threw in a bunch of free goodies - 10/10 recommend!

I walked in 10 minutes before closing time and they took their time with me and were so informative. customer service gets an A+. the environment was quite nice and calming, great experience. And I got to try the water soluble. I loved it and I will definitely be back.
