I went in the other day and was greeted by a loving smile and great spirit. I believe her name was Sarah. I asked a billion questions and she helped me and was so kinda and explained everything to me. I’ll definitely be going to see her for my next purchase. (Personally I think she deserves a raise!!!)

Went in to check this place out for some e-juice after my partner stopped in the Hickory location and she received good service and great prices. The Asheville location is huge!! The selection of smoking utensils and accesories is impressive. I made my way through to the back and was meet by this older cat, Frank. He and I could have conversed for hours. Very helpful, made some recommendations on juice and showed me a sweet little e-cig rig. At checkout, I waited patiently while a couple other employees helped a few less patient folks with grace and perfect customer service. I then received the same stellar service. I highly recommend this place.

BEWARE of shopping this business!!!! What a joke !! I was Sold the wrong product ,I called the next day and told them i was Sold the wrong product they told Me to bring it back for exchange .so I drove a hour one way to exchange it,when I get there I am then told I can't exchange it !!!! The female called the manager and the manager would not do a exchange either !!! They sold me the wrong item but had nothing to say but SORRY!!! 50.00 dollars down the drain!!! And I am told SORRY !! VERY unprofessional .i will share this story with everyone that I know that shops at this business..

Highlife is a good smokeshop. I have had a few negative experiences here, mostly on the customer service side. I can understand this, though because there seems to be a moderate amount of turnover. The older gentleman is the only person I can remember being there for a long period of time. He is awesome and very knowledgeable.
Overall, they know who wants to browse, who wants to get in and get out and all the in betweens. This is my go-to shop.
