I’ve been a customer for quite a long time, never once had an issue with service or questions I had..... but why can we now only buy coils in a pack versus just one single? I used to buy them single because I didn’t know if I would like that specific coil or not. My boyfriend just went there to buy me a coil and was told he needed to buy them in a pack only. Is this a new policy? If so I won’t be able to continue being a customer.

I was in the area for work and needed some liquid and some supplies. The owner was very helpful and curtious. They even have a small work area if you need to do a quick coil build or maintenance on your vape. More shops need to be run like this one!

Staff doesn't greet customers. I can stand there for 10 minutes and no one says a word to me. They've sold me wrong accessories for my vape because they "think it will work", along with never having what I'm after. You can try flavors and they have the little plastic tips but they are just loose in a small jar and you reach in and grab one. Does that seem unsanitary to anyone else? Could have some dude picking up dog crap with his bare hands reach in there. I just cant say anything good about them.
Make the drive to asheville vapor in skyland or hendersonville. Way better selection and more knowledgeable, friendly staff.

It's a nice little store have good products just a little on the pricey side though just to be honest. But they have a rewards program it will help out here and there. And if you spend a little with them they will work with you.
