He already knows what I’m going to get before I come in, so I never have to say anything. He already gathers my items up totals them up I pay him and I’m on my way. That’s what I call Good Customer SERVICE.

Also doors were locked and no one came to the door during open hours - 3 hours before closing. And the level of service is on par with a gas station and much below the level of service at other smoke shops in the area.

Going in we were not greeted or acknowledged for that matter. The woman behind the cash register seemed to take on the feel of a menacing dark cloud or maybe that was just her vibe. She was short answering me and it was like she was bothered. The prices were outrageous and if the store is gonna have an uplesant vibe like that it should make it up in say, the prices maybe, to counteract. Just a thought. I don't blame the guy ( her partner or brother I couldn't really tell a difference) hiding in the back trying to preserve what was left of his behind from the interaction I seen when first entering the store.... FAIL.

Ooof, the prices here are ridiculous. You don't even need to go online to get better prices. $25 on a 60ml of coastal clouds juice--it's $10-15 everywhere else I've been. My fault for not checking first.
