I've been very happy with my experiences at The Hemp Store. I've purchased products in-store, through delivery, as well as via curbside pickup and each time my experience has been top-notch. Logan has been particularly great at providing good recommendations, explaining the ins and outs of certain products, and providing excellent customer service. I already recommend The Hemp Store irl and I'd recommend it to anyone perusing the Google reviews. It's new years eve. The website did not indicate different hours for this holiday. So I called at 5:30. An actual person anawered informing me that indeed they were open until 7pm. . GPS from their website guided me there and warned me , at 6:30, that the store would lose soon. I arrived to a dark, locked up shop.the sign posted on the door said new years eve closing T 4 pm. That sure did NOT HELP ONE BIT AFTER I DROVE 7 MILES TO GET HERE! I had hope to be able to buy my products only 7 Mike's from home instead of 20. But I will never try again to use this vender and will continue the thrice longer drive to Carolina Hemp Hut, an extraordinary management that does everything right, including complex formularies for complex issues AND ACCURATE HOUR INFORMATION. How can anyone trust your recommendations for a powerful health substance when you can't even provide accurate info re store hours!!!!!!!

After a year long experiment with CBD products, and different hemp/CBD stores, I'm back home at The Hemp Store in Chapel Hill.
I've found the perfect combination that works for my pain, insomnia, depression, anxiety, and OCD: Bubblegum hemp flower, and GSC CBD/CBG crumble. I feel SO much better than I even thought I would. It's been a journey, but I'm so glad I found a resting place. ☺️

Where to start? Friendly, professional and very educational! I love the emphasis on providing a high quality dispensary service, and that shows in the quality of the products too. We need more businesses that value building trusted relationships with customers like this place does. Frankly, the staff here have been truly amazing and in my experience quite a few steps above anyone else in the area or the Triangle.
