High Life Smoke Shop Central

Great experience at this smoke shop. Friendly and welcoming even before you're through the door, and then treated like an old friend when you're inside. Prices are absolutely fair, selection is wide, and the staff knows their products.

Asked for a recommendation and was walked through the offerings based on my feed back to some simple questions. Ended up with exactly what I was looking for.

Bought a 235 dollar Firefly 2+ at 11am on my lunch break. Ready to use it when I got home at 430 only to find out the product did not work like it was suppose too. Flashing blue and red lights each time you tried to heat it up. Charged it for over 2 hours thinking it was dead. Not the issue. This is a factory defect and after digging deeper online the firefly’s are known for the exact issue I am having. Called and talked to Gabe he says we usually don’t return them but since he was a few hours ago if I had reciept they would refund or exchange.

Drove all the way back to be greeted by 3 little rude teenage girls who said they did know a gabe. I insisted on a manager so they call them and the woman comes back and says no.
So am I suppose to just be out the 235 dollars because of a faulty product you sold.

I don’t think that’s how it’s suppose to work.

Big selection of vapes and associated products in an artsy decorated store that offers competitive prices. Kyair took good care of us and knew the products well. Good experience from start to finish.

This was a cool shop. The young man & girl who was working mid day on 8/26/22, were really nice, very welcoming, & super knowledgeable about the products in there. Thx guys! Tho not their fault, but beware-- Parking sucks & we saw someone get their car booted within 10min of pulling up there+ because they parked at the shop but went to get food around the corner instead of going into the shop. So, B careful!

the person that helped me buy some pieces for my glass pipe failed to let me know they may not fit while also neglecting to mention all sales were final. went back later and management wasn’t helpful.

cute shop with helpful employees! it’s a tiny little shop for sure but they still have so much to choose from. i was blown away by their selection of water pipes! i only stoped in to get some CBD treats for mine and my roommates doggos but i will definitely be back to do some shopping for myself too!

Great store. Lady called the tow truck on me cause they didn't have the flavor hookah shisha I use. When to L A Vape to get shisha. Couple days before got shisha from High Life. Never a competition thing just one day you didn't have what I need. But my mistake for walking next door. I promise I will not park in your lot.
