Best customer service I've experienced in a vape shop ever! I travel a lot and visit many shops. Very nice selection of good quality vaping hardware and the employees knowledge of vaping just blew me away. Love it when I can go into a shop and talk about everything and anything vape related without feeling like they're just trying to sell their products but actually know what they're selling and talking about. If I could rate this shop higher than 5 stars I definitely would! They actually take pride in their jobs and want to help provide the necessary knowledge to their customers! On the afternoon of August 8,2018, I visited The Vapor Smoke Shop. Upon entering the store, I was cheerfully greeted by one of the female employees. She had asked me if I needed assistance or just wanted to look at the store’s many vaping items & assessories. Since I basically knew what I had wanted, she began to show me some vaping mods that either came as a kit or individually. I was also shown a few vaping sticks from various companies. A few customers had come into the store & needed assistance, too. Another employee, named Su, came over to us to add additional help. Since I had plenty of questions, as vaping was still new to me (I vape for pain management using CBD oil as well as CBD tincture), Su continued to show & explain the features of various items while a few other employees assisted the many other customers that were there. Su was very professional & knowledgable about all their merchandise, always keeping in mind to show me items that would best meet my needs. Although making “a sale” is always important, his main concern was for me to have a vaping device that would be a good “match” for me—one that was easy to use & maintain as well as one that would be compatible with the CBD oil that I had been presently using. Su had shown me several vaping mods as well as several atomizer/coils that would be perfect options for the mod that I had finally chosen. I was able to see the pros & cons of getting “a kit” or getting a vaping device with indivualized parts, which turned out to be how I made my purchase. I chose a simple yet very well-made mod and an atomizer that would work well with it. Su took the time to demonstrate the ease of use with both these items. He also helped me with the initial set-up, including a simple way to prime the coil & how to fill the tank.

I had a very positive experience at The Vapor Smoke Shop. I had all my many questions answered and all my concerns addressed. Su had gone “the extra mile” in making me a satisfied customer knowing that after the sale & leaving the store I had a place to go for all of my future vaping supplies—a place that also offered, as a courtesy to its customers, replacing coils as well as cleaning the atomizer
parts—something that can be daunting to those who are relatively new to vaping.

I highly recommend The Vapor Smoke Shop to anyone that has been vaping for years or those new or contemplating vaping. The store is brightly lit & spotlessly clean. It is well stocked to meet the needs of all vapers—new or expert. The employees are professional, courteous, and knowledgable. It’s no wonder that this establishment has been given countless 5-star ratings as have I. If I had been able to give it an even higher rating I would have.

New to the area so finding a shop to call my local shop was hard until walking into vapor smoke shop . They were nothing more than amazing . From the friendly atmosphere to all the knowledge they know . HUGE variety of CBD flower , tinctures and edibles . Su took his time and explain the different benefits and how the products will help me improve my daily lifestyle . He answered all my questions and I left the store with so much more knowledge I didn’t know about CBD . Can’t wait to spread the word to my colleagues. Thank you for all your help su
