OK I've been coming here for almost a year and it's hands down my favorite vape shop and I'm about to tell you why.
1. Lisa and the rest of the staff is amazing. It's homely and welcoming and I come in for conversation more often than for juice sometimes. There was some turnover while I'm making this and a few new employees, but Caroline is just as awesome as the ones who left!
2. Suhail and Vincy are the owner and are just cool and fun as hell. They will help you find whatever you are looking for when either of them are in. Souhail is just a studmuffin and Vincy is just as bad. Just don't let them sell you everything and their mothers and you'll be set!
3. Their juice selection is awesome, and if they don't have it theres a fair chance they can order it in for you. The Coil Honey, Naked, and Karma are hands down my favorite juice brands they carry, give them a try when you come in!
4. The regulars who come in are just as awesome as the staff! For the conversationalist I am it is a haven of just cool people, and you don't know who you might meet.
5. There's little else I can say except I truly do love this place, and I recommend it to anyone who vapes or is looking to quit smoking. GO TO VAPOR, WHOOOOOOOOOO!
You'll see me sitting by the table they have either doing nothing or talking to regulars or staff! I hope to see some new faces!

I went in for a new mod for my CBD vape oil and came to find out that they were carrying it!! They were very knowledgeable about my brand which is Palmetto Harmony and they knew which mod and coil would work with it. I have autoimmune arthritis and am in pain all the time and CBD helps me so much. They also carry the topical rub I use on my joints which is awesome! Thank you Vapor for all your help!!

I got my electronic cigarette a week ago form this shop in Charlotte NC and spoke with Sharon. I was Scared to try an ecig and was skeptical but Sharon took her time explaining every little bit of details. I got a ONE ON ONE customer service experience that i didnt get from this one shop i went to. I also got to TRY OUT THE ejuice that i was going to purchase. I am so glad i found vapor smoke shop. I will be a loyal customer to you guys because you guys actually care about your customer and tell them pros and cons.
