Vapor Smoke Shop CBD & Delta 8 Matthews

I usually dread going in to these types of stores. Most of them are thick with vapor from the scruffy looking weirdos who always congregate in these places and never seem to leave while you are left standing around trying to determine which of the beanie-wearing hipsters with gauged earrings and a neck tattoo actually works there.

Not the case at this store. I'm always greeted and immediately attended to whenever I walk in. The service is excellent and the staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. It's extremely refreshing to have a brick and mortar store nearby where I can shop and not feel ignored. I also like that it seems to be a family-run store.

About 3 weeks ago I went there with my boyfriend we purchased over $150.00 worth of vaping equipment, but we had a good experience and he shop manager helped us and she was awesome. Unfortunately I went back there today and made a purchase of $284.00 the shop associate that helped me was nice and he was being helpful but..... He over charged me..... He told me he would give me a discount but did not. I really didn't catch the price difference until I went home and was a unboxing everything, going over the prices he told me in my head. My whole purchase should be along the lines of $244 with the tax.

Went in with my wife to learn about CBD, since the times have changed since we used to smoke. The young blonde guy in there was extremely helpful and confident in what he was presenting and selling. Store was very clean, welkept and enjoyable. Plenty of selection of all different kinds of things, overall it was an extremely pleasant and knowledgeable experience.

I have made this my default vape shop. The staff is very friendly and professional and always have helpful advice on equipment and builds. The prices are better than some of the other local shops around and if you find a lower price at another shop on the same equipment, they will price match. My only complaint is that I don't have enough money to buy all the stuff I want that they carry. I definitely recommend this shop.

Customers service is above par for here knowledgeable staff. If they don’t carry a product you like they look into it for you. Favorite spot by far!!!

Staff was helpful, knew their stuff and was very personable. Decent selection of glass and various types of kit. I didn't have a lot of time to shop, and they helped me pick what I needed (nectar collector) and rang me out in a flash.

Great little shop!! I dropped and broke my tank and called several of the larger well known shops around town. No one had what I needed. Called these guys just by chance and they had exactly what I needed and more. I even found a new favorite e-juice flavor thanks to the recommendations of the staff. Very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place. I will be a repeat customer!

Very friendly staff, every time I come in I am greeted warmly and my needs are met with haste. The employees keep the shop very tidy, and the inventory is organized for easy browsing. I am always notified of new products and deals without needing to ask. The prices are also quite reasonable.
