This place is the bees knees. All of the products are top quality! Their inventory changes every week also! It keeps me coming back to check and see whats new. There is also a very sweet woman there named Sarah who always takes care of me. She truly knows her mods, juices, glasses and etc! Definitely have me as a continuous customer.

People may moan and complain about "defective" devices, but from working in the vape industry this is something no one can avoid. And being a regular I have seen all of the employees, not just a few, go out of their way to fix any and all devices that have had issues. Be it a dead cell to a leaky tank they are always happy to fulfill their job upmost setting the customer on their way happy and fulfilled. They have a fantastic selection on juice and price match stores as well! So all of the over priced mumbo jumbo is out the door with this shop! Not to mention the best mod selection I have ever seen, from high ends all the way to pod kits and pods. They have it all. May not look like much from the outside but you come in and are greeted with nothing but smiles and actual heart. Cant say that much about 95% of the shops down the road (cough cough)

They now carry thc delta 8 in all forms, edibles, flower, wax, and more! You can never make a mistake by comming to this shop!

Been going there for over 6 years. It's the only shop around that has all the newest and lastest stuff that I want. When I see something I like on Instagram, I just go to the shop and he already has it. Knowledgeable & friendly staff too. I buy my CBD there too

Vapor Smoke Shop is the best!! The store is upscale, clean, full of light, and stocks an amazing amount of items designed to serve their customers. The owner and his employees go above and beyond to meet their customers' needs and are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I frequented this store before they purchased it, and they have improved it immensely! I also want to mention that this shop is not just for young people. I am in my 60's and feel totally comfortable and taken care of there!

I've been to many vape shops and this was by far my best experience. Customer service was great, the shop was clean and staff was clearly knowledgeable and genuinely interested in making sure you walked away happy. Will shop here from now on for sure!

In addition to helping me quit smoking cigarettes, Vapor has been of great help to me on a personal health level as well. Their staff is extremely well-versed and knowledgeable regarding CBD products, they also offer products like Kratom and kava which are lesser-known but are also good substitutes for traditional Western medicine. I have to say the staff is by far the most knowledgeable an educated about their product than any other CBD / smoke shop I have ever visited. While I have been assisted by almost every employee, Lisa has been a great help, and Vency is extremely knowledgeable as well.

Ive shopped here multiple times and I also go to custom vapes and e cigs in Matthews. I personally feel that the associates are awesome people. My complaint is it kinda feels like a weird setup for their shop. I wish they’d allow samples of juice In testers. And like a little place to sit and try them to make sure you get the juice you’re gonna love. I’m probably biased because I usually shop at custom vapes and e cigs which is a competitor for them. But I feel more comfortable here than some other places I’ve visited that can’t tell me ANYTHING about their products. So my only actual problem is samples and environment inside just feels slightly odd. If they made it more comfortable then I feel their sales would go up. I hope to see a remodel in their future. I have been going here for over a year now it's the best vape shop in Charlotte hands down. They were extremely helpful when I was starting out not trying to oversell me. Now that I have a vape I go there every weekend to pick out new juices. I highly recommend this place they are much more friendly then the other shops in Charlotte. They're also family owned and operated which is great you can see. I always see the owner and his wife working as a team to keep customers happy.

Great store with amazing costumer service...they took care of me and helped me out when my battery got fried! (They took it as they're own responsibility to ship it back to the supplier so I didn't have to deal with the inconvenience) They know what they are talking about when it comes to vaping and they aren't just after ur money. I never feel taken advantage of and I always feel like Im leaving the store with a good deal! Vape with people that care for you and their service to you. Great store and great people.
