Was just in the store, walked in, Lady at the front said hello but didn't even lift her head and continued staring at her phone. I stood there for nearly 5 minutes before I said something to get her attention. She had no interest in helping me. Someone was in the back as well. This is my normal vape shop, but if this is the kind of customer service I am going to be getting now I'll find somewhere else.

The owner is absolutely amazing! The lady that works there is absolutely the most knowledgeable and amazing customer service person I've ever met. Not just at smoke shops but just in general. She is absolutely amazing!
I drive over 30 mi to get here. I could go to any smoke shop but this is absolutely the best!
The owner seems to be a very nice and helpful, caring man.
Also, they had plenty of what I wanted in stock! And they were cheaper than anywhere else.
I've only been here once but that's what I feel so far about the establishment.

Yes, the owner and the nice lady that works. There are awesome this new little twerp you hired is ridiculous! He's extremely confrontational has no idea what he's selling and thinks he owns the place after working there one day. Please let this guy go or I can't come back.

This is my go to vape shop. They literally have everything here. Always stocked up on Elf bars and the newest vapes that are out. Also great selection of CBD, THCV, HHC, Kratos, and even Kanna! The lady that we always see in there is very knowledgeable and super friendly. She is a great sales person! Haven't been disappointed yet!

According to google they should be open by now however no one is here. I love the people who work here and I love this place but they have to show up on time. I made my schedule out so I could come here and now I'm holding the bag like a fool. So disappointed. I'll update this when there is something else to report
Updated 1/25/2022 zero stars. I walked out.
Place got a face lift but Custer service is in the toilet. No friendly feel. No competitor matching deals (reasonable deals of course). I would drive am extra 20 miles for their price matching and atmosphere. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

I have been here in the past and no problems. Yesterday a younger kid was working and I made a simple request as I was greeted. Acted as if he had no idea what I was asking for but amazingly finds it quickly and the package plainly showed the exact product name I asked for. Just very rude and acted as if I was in his way and he wanted me out asap. Had more interest in hanging out with his friend who was hanging around the store. I will not be going back.

I had been looking all over for my all time favorite vape juice couldn't find it. They didn't have it but they said if they can get it they will. I gave them about a month and I went in today and they had it!! OMG this is now my go to vape shop!!!
