This place is so respectful and cares so much about the customers. I requested a specific taste for my vape juice and I ended up not liking it so (by no fault of their own.) I went back a week later and asked them to add a taste that I didn't like it much. Not only did they fix it for free... The gentleman that was working there on that Sunday not long before they were to close, made a brand new fresh mix for me. It turned out perfectly. They are all about their customers and do everything to make sure they are satisfied. I will now never go anywhere else. Thank you for the amazing customer service!!

This place is ridiculous! So my fiance was passing through from work & decided to stop in. He asked the employee to look at an item & the employee looks at him & then says "are you sure? It's $100!!" & So of course my fiance responds with "so?! I'd like to see it." & The employee continued to look at him & treat him as if he were some subpar human. NO ONE deserves to be treated that way!! Some people Don't work inside in the AC & stay clean, some people like my fiance work inside & outside and he gets "dirty" (glue & other materials). But regardless if he came in with a suit on or in a brown paper bag, he should've been treated with respect!!

Hands down the best customer service of any establishment I’ve been to. The manager, Matt is always super helpful and friendly. No matter what I’m looking for or whatever problem I’m having with my vapes he is always happy to help us and educate us about different styles of vapes, mods, RDA’s, builds etc. Carrie is equally amazing and always smiling when you walk in the door. I will forever be a loyal customer to this location. 5 stars for sure!
