I love this place!!!! The staff is incredibly helpful and so friendly. They always are willing to help you with any questions you might have as well as make you feel comfortable with knowing your vap. I will never go anywhere but here. Definitely one of my favorite places to go!!! Jessica and Holly are amazing as well!!!! Keep up the amazing customer service ladies!!!

They were very helpful in making a selection, but they only had 1 lady in there and we had to wait about 20 minutes to get help.

I'm giving the store a 4, simply because the staff is fantastic. They're always helpful and very friendly.
The juice selection is rather slim, but I have noticed that they're starting to carry more of a variety and do also take requests for certain flavors. They usually carry my coils, but didn't have them last time I was there.
Their prices are rather high, hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

I had one of the best experiences that I've had at any vape store today and the ladies at madvapes killed it they helped me way beyond what they should have and what that does for me personally makes me feel like I'm at home so I have just made mad vapes as my home store for all the vape needs no more online no more corner store no more head shop for me mad vapes is the only vape store that you need
