We love the K spot! Especially Chris! He is so personable! My only issue is when they are supposed to be open and no one is there. Sign is off, doors are locked and its the middle of the day when they're supposed to be open. No sign or anything. Especially on a weekend! this is THIRD time we've gone during business hours and no one was there.

My 5 stars are for Steve. Without Steve, probably would do 4 stars. Steve is extremely helpful in recommendations, has yet to stear me wrong! Always friendly and welcoming, which can be difficult to find in people these days. As long as Steve works here, they'll have my business.

Went in there today for the first time and Steve was incredibly helpful. He knew exactly what I needed. I got home and tried all 3 products I bought. He hit the nail dead on!! The pain relief is great and my anxiety is so much lower. Steve was also very personable and friendly, which made me feel welcome. The shop was very clean as well. Will be returning in the future!!

Look. I will always be a returning customer to this store. But, consistently closing for over an hour at lunch every day is losing ya’ll a lot of business. Some people that’s the only time they have to get to the store. Today, ya’ll missed atleast 4 sales during that time period I would suggest having your employee take lunch at a different time

Always nice staff, never had a bad experience been going here since they opened. Lots of deals, specials, and rewards points for kratom purchases. Which are redeemable in all their locations and the Smoking Dragon in Jacksonville.

Owner is very nice and the shop is welcoming. Many strains of kratom and cbd. The quality and price of the kratom lacks compared to other sellers. Not sure if he buys it from a bad dealer, or he adds filler to it, but I've been making tea for 2 years and when I tried his white maeng da I literally got zero effect or pain relief. Could have just been a bad batch or something, but I'll stick with other sellers for now.

This is the best spot in new bern for a good variety of delta 8 and CBD products. I would give them five stars but they are audio recording everything you say in the store and I'm not a big fan of that.
