Matt is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He’s super friendly and offers great customer service. He also has an adorable cat and gives our free stickers with her face on them—how charming! The store is cute and tiny and Matt makes his own scented wax melts to burn in the shop to give it a nice aroma. The shop is conveniently located in downtown Raleigh and is walkable to other great places.

This store is such a wonderful little discovery in downtown Raleigh. They have great products but what makes this place are the people behind it. I’ve met both guys who work here and they are super passionate and knowledgeable about what they sell and what impact it has on you. They also care about your story and they put in the effort to come up with a solution. It’s so refreshing when you find a business where you feel like you’re being taken care of versus just another sale. I highly recommend Hemp Times and I appreciate everything they do.

I can’t believe the high level of service you get at this shop. In the midst of a migraine, I called looking for a very specific CBD product and was helped by Matt. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He also offered to deliver the order. I used to order right from the Charlotte’s Web website, but I’d rather support this amazing local company and their wonderful employees. Matt, if you see this, thanks so much for your amazing help!
