Hemp Times Inc

Hemp Times was my first experience in a CBD shop, and I don't think I'll be going anywhere else!! The manager Matt is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient when it comes to explaining the various types of CBD products, and their effects. Prices are great, and I've already recommended this place to my friends!!

Walked in today and met with Jason and Matt. They were both awesome! Very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Huge selection of products, and they're eager to help based on your specific needs. Everything they carry is from out west, so every thing is regulated and high quality. Super excited to have found this place!

Friendly and knowledgeable about their products, Hemp Times has several options for my various reasons for stepping into the shop. Hesitant, I listen to owner, Ben’s advice, and boy was he spot on! I love being able to have a quick way to relieve my aches and pains, and anxiety, without being out of control or drugged up. Definitely going back when I need to, and to you, Reader, go there. Now.

Yesterday was my first visit with Hemp Times, as I am new to Raleigh. I went in and knew exactly what I needed, a CBD cartridge. I picked the .5ML cartridge and payed and left. I got in my car and opened the package and the cartridge was empty. I went back in and the gentleman kindly swapped it out with another and of course apologized. I then went back to my car and checked this cartridge out, however, the cartridge was only half full. I went back in and the guy said “that’s weird let me check another” and he opened another cartridge and same thing, half full or empty (however you’d like to look at it). I was slightly dissatisfied as I have been to a few hemp stores to purchase cartridges and have never experienced a half empty cartridge like so. I didn’t really make a fuss as I know they are a new facility and I was happy with my experience. Although I left with not a full cartridge, the employee working did ask if I wanted to have a few CBD candies for my troubles.

Awesome products first of all. Secondly, the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also being a dog owner, it’s great that they carry pet products. Matt went out of his way to make sure my pup and I went home happy. 10/10

I am a 70 year old disabled man, living close to the building Hemp Times is located in. My location has enabled me to find several locations for hemp. I have found the hospitality is best with Hemp Times. I have also found their presentations of products, and their uses, are very knowledgeable. Since I am retired I have a lot of time on my hands. Some even say, too much free time. Having gotten to know the owners and the store manager, I feel at home in the place. So, even though I could stop writing here I will continue my analyst of H.T. Try not to get lost reading, lol. I can get lost in more than less writing than this.
Hemp Times is a rare find in a town, Raleigh, that has really come alive in the herbal business in the past year. I really believe Hemp Times will be with us a long time. There are few places that will survive in their world, Hemp Times will be a success story. The reason why, service presentation. The price of products usually has little to do with success, except to the owners. Their prices are well within the range of a successful business. If the produce you are looking for is not in their in store line up, they will help direct you to where you can find it. They will also help you find the best deal, some better deals than their own.
Here is the thing. As I said before I believe their presentations are supreme. I have met the owners, Jason and Ben, and their store manager, Matt. All
are very friendly and offer me to stay and chat. We have exchanged conversations about many different subjects. The most helpful part of our talks, and I am very impressed, are about the products in the store.
I am usually flabbergasted with their knowledge on all merchandise in the store. They never talk down to me with their presentations of things I am interested in, great.
Give them a try, stay and chat, ask questions, get to know them. From the very beginning I felt at home. Their knowledge of their products will be greater than many others in their line of business.

I went into Hemp Times and met one of the owners, Jason who was so helpful. He explained the brands, their differences and is so knowledgeable in CBD. He wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive, he was giving me all the information I needed in order to make the best purchase for Me. There are many CBD stores popping up now and if your looking for one, I would highly recommended going to Hemp Times!

Ben and Matt are so friendly and always have answers to my questions about any and all products they offer. Great array of products, if you need CBD or Delta 8 this is the best shop in Raleigh to go to by far! Great prices too!!

The best Hemp store in Raleigh. I will definitely be returning to this one. Staff was knowledgeable of products & helped me find something better than what I would have picked for myself. They even had a great promo going on today so I got extra goodies. Definitely worth stopping by even if you are just curious ab CBD and Hemp products.

Met owner Jason and he was very knowledgeable about products. He recommended the right product for me. I was very pleased in the results. I will be coming back for more. I have been to other startup stores and there are quite a few. This is the best by far. They sell quality products with no additional unnecessary additives.
